We are seeking a talented and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality primary care to an older adult population. Practice Setting
- Join a welcoming outpatient clinic setting in Pennsylvania
- Work with experienced Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Scribes, and Registered Nurses
Schedule
- Monday through Friday workweek
- No call requirements, ensuring a great work-life balance
Cases & Procedures
- Patient panel is primarily Medicare beneficiaries aged 65+
- Traditional primary care cases, including diabetes management. hypertension and hyperlipidemia treatment, mild cognitive impairment support, and more
- No procedures are required
Qualifications
- Board-certified Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- DEA certification is required
- Licensed in Pennsylvania
