LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Urology MD in Colorado!About The Position**Job Title:** Urologist MD**Job Specialty:** Urology**Job Duration:** 30 Days**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 Hours per Week**Experience:** Minimum of Completion of Specialty Residency**License:** Valid Medical License in Applicable State**Certifications:**- Board Certification/Eligibility Based on Education and Specialty- Valid DEA in Applicable State- BLS or ACLS Upon Hire in an Acute Care Hospital- BLS or ACLS Within 90 Days of Hire in an Ambulatory Clinic**Must-Have:**- Ability to Work Nights and/or Weekends for Identified Positions- Proficiency in EPIC and Outpatient Care- English Language Proficiency**Job Description:**- Function independently to provide high-quality patient care collaboratively and patient-centrically.- Deliver care through various settings, including direct patient interaction in hospitals and clinics, as well as via telephone, video, or secure email when appropriate.- Take comprehensive patient histories, conduct physical exams, review medical records, and analyze ancillary data using sound judgment and critical problem-solving skills.- Develop and manage appropriate treatment plans, communicating effectively with patients, their families where appropriate, and the care team.- Provide efficient and compassionate care using a multidisciplinary approach through communication, continuity, coordination, and evaluation.- Offer relevant education and counseling to patients and families to support the care plan, treatment, and discharge processes.- Collaborate with other healthcare team members, leadership, and medical staff to ensure safe patient care, sharing pertinent findings and information with the team.- Assist collaborating physicians with patient management in the hospital, adhering to care site policies and regulations.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and practice metrics, documenting all actions in line with regulatory and care site guidelines.- Promote mission, vision, and values by abiding by service behavior standards.- Perform other duties as assigned and may float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business needs.- May be required to be on-call during regularly scheduled shifts.**Preferred Skills & Experience:** None specified**Preferred Education:** None specified**Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** None specified1581470EXPTEMPJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
