About The Position**Job Title:** General Urologist**Job Specialty:** Urology**Job Duration:** Permanent**Shift:** Days**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Not specified; Skills in laparoscopic procedures are required**License:** Must have or be willing to obtain a Michigan license**Certifications:** Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology**Must-Have:** State provider's experience with laparoscopic/robotic techniques**Job Description:**- Seeking a qualified urology provider to join an extraordinary medical team.- Provide high-standard healthcare delivery and community stewardship.- Must be equipped with excellent clinical outcomes and effective communication skills with patients and families.- Work alongside three experienced urologists, including two uro-oncologists.- Prefer a General Urologist as the team has members who are robotically trained and focused on uro-oncology.- The call schedule is 1:4.- Facilities include a hospital OR and an outpatient surgery center both equipped with da Vinci systems.- The clinic is located in a beautiful building alongside primary care and pediatrics.- Utilize Epic as the EHR, a system in use for around 15 years.- All clinic personnel provided, with an on-site practice coordinator.- Opportunities are available for medical students and residents from a local university to round with the physician.- Work within a system offering a broad range of specialists and surgical subspecialties.- The Emergency Care Center is ranked among the best with specialized geriatrics care facilities.- Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including advanced robotic systems and hybrid operating suites.- Open to candidates requiring H1B visas.- Not accepting locum candidates.- Offers competitive base compensation following guidelines, with details discussed during the interview.- Possible benefits include productivity and incentive bonuses, loan repayment, training stipend, professional liability coverage, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and paid CME.- The practice covers some expenses such as membership in one organization and renewal of licenses, along with paid time off for CME, holidays, sick days, and vacation.- Initial contract term of two years with a 30-day out clause, switching to an annual contract with a productivity model thereafter.1594392EXPTEMP
