About The PositionJob Description & RequirementsNuclear Medicine Technologist - (Nuclear Med Tech)StartDate: ASAPAvailable Shifts: 10 DPay Rate: $2009.53 - $2201.93Nuc Med Tech needed asapShift times: 10 hour shifts. 7am- 6pmOn-Call requirements: PossibleEducation: AA degree Minimum , Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology ProgramExperience: Three years of Nuclear Medicine experience minimum.Licenses and Cert: Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS course certified by the American Heart Association. CNMT or ARRT , California Nuclear Medicine/Venipuncture License.Under the supervision of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform a wide variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures. The technologist will also perform all required ALL testing as required by the various governmental, and or regulatory agencies. The results of these tests will be properly documented and retained for the appropriate length of time. The technologist will be responsible for the proper ordering of the isotopes and the subsequent return to radio pharmacy of unused material.Required QualificationsEducation: AA degree Minimum , Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology ProgramExperience: Three years of Nuclear Medicine experience minimum.Licenses and Cert: Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS course certified by the American Heart Association.
