Certification Details- ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)
- Current NY State Rad Tech License
- BLS
Job Details- As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI -
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- 8hrs non-billable orientation OT and Holidays x1.25
Job Requirements- Min. of 1 year Nuc experience
- CT experience a PLUS
- Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
- Venipuncture experience required
- NYS license required
- ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)
- GE machine experience
- EPIC EMR Required
- McKesson PACS

- - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- - License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT OR NMTCB, BLS and PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
