Vetted Locums has immediate nationwide opportunities for 13-week Travel Nurse Anesthetist contracts at $260-$320/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for diagnostic, surgical, obstetric, and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout surgery and manage anesthesia-related complications.
- Implement acute pain management strategies post-surgery.
- Stay current with new techniques, technology, and medications related to anesthesiology practice.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Qualifications:
- An active and unencumbered medical license.
- No flagged or under investigation licenses.
- Prior locums experience is preferable.
- Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in administering anesthesia.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with the surgical team.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing patient conditions.
