Level 1 trauma. This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED), a state-of-the-art facility that manages more than 100,000 visits a year and is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. It is the only Level I trauma hospital in the area. Responsible for treating a diverse patient population. Will assist with border patients. QUALIFICATIONS Work Experience Minimum of two years in specialty in similar size hospital Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record. License/Registration/Certification New York active uncumbered state license or compact license (if applicable) CPR (by the American Heart Association) BLS, ACLS - American Heart Association Education and Training Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or Employee Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred. Physical Requirements - Must be able to push, pull, bend, and ambulate without assistance.
