Travel Nurse - Med/Surg - nights - Acute Rehab Mequon, Wisconsin, United States - 53097Job Title: Travel Nurse - Med/Surg Acute Rehab Number of positions: 1 Shift: Night shift- 36 hours Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 06/20/2023 Hourly Pay: $53.53 OT: 1.5 Weekly Pay: $1,927.08 JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Acute Rehab Unit Shift Timing: Night Shift 19:00 - 07:30 Hours Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Register Nurse.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification
- Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPI)
- EOW, EOH
- At least 2 years inpatient hospital experience and previous rehab setting experience
- Travel experience required
- May need to float to sites within 40 miles
Requirements:
- COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
