Travel Nurse - NICU - Pediatric specialty hospital Valhalla, New York, United States - 10504Job Title: Travel Nurse NICU - specialty pediatric hospital Shift: Variable shifts - 36 hours (7am-7pm) Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 06/05/2023 Hourly Pay: $65.45 OT: 1.5 Weekly pay: $2,356 JOB DESCRIPTION 94 bed pediatric specialty hospital, only one of 14 in the US. 24 bed NICU/PICU unit. Whether requiring ongoing medical management and rehabilitation due to extreme prematurity, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, congenital cardiac disease, pulmonary hypertension, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, short gut syndrome, feeding disorders or other complications occurring in the neonatal period, the hospital has the clinical experience and technology to care for the complex infant transitioning from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. QUALIFICATIONS Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Previous Travel experience preferred
License/Registration/Certification
- Active unencumbered New York RN License.
- NRP required
- PALS/BLS - American Heart Association
Education and Training
- Associate Degree - Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- BSN preferred
Physical Requirements - Must be able to push, pull, bend, and ambulate without assistance.
