Travel Nurse - NICU - Two openings Rochester, New York, United States - 14621 Job Title: Travel Nurse - NICU Shift: Day or night shifts - 36 hours (weekends rotating) Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 07/03/2023 Stipend: $1,281 Hourly Pay: $61 OT: 1.5 Weekly pay: $2,181 JOB DESCRIPTION A 528-bed tertiary care hospital that has been serving the residents of the Rochester Region and beyond since 1847. NICU offers 14 private rooms, and combines the comforts of home with state-of-the-art technology. As a Level II NICU, babies and their families advanced newborn care. Sometimes called a special care nursery, NICU tends to babies born at 32 weeks+, those with jaundice or apnea, or those who are recovering after spending time in a Level III or Level IV NICU QUALIFICATIONS Work Experience
- Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- 1+ years of critical care RN experience preferred.
- Epic EMR two years of experience
License/Registration/Certification
- Active unencumbered New York RN License
- ACLS/BLS - American Heart Association
- PALS - American Heart Association
- NRP Certification required
Education and Training
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Physical Requirements - Must be able to push, pull, bend, and ambulate without assistance.
