Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire Nurses and Allied Health professionals for their clients.

*Considered candidates will have the ability to work or commute to the Waukegan IL office

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum 2 years of Travel Nurse recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Key responsibilities:

• Developing recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing candidates.
• Conducting interviews.
• Building client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

45,000 to 60,000 + commission

Base Pay will be based on skills and experience.

Mon to Friday-8a-5p
