The Director Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership to all clinical staff and related services to assure efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support, mentoring, coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff, other leaders within the agency and the Community Health Division, and throughout Berkshire Health Systems.Additional Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills in relating with all types of colleagues and customers in stressful situations.Current knowledge of all homecare regulatory requirements and demonstrated expertise in implementing quality systems to meet these regulations preferred.Ability to work autonomously on an executive level and to exercise independent judgment.
