jOB SUMMARY:
- Provides health care services by planning , implementing, controlling and evaluating health care delivery programs and operations in a neighborhood.
- Is responsible and accountable for planning , implementing, evaluating and maintaining quality care on an assigned household/Neighborhood.
- Performs a variety of professional nursing duties to provide care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelors in Nursing, Management or related field are preferred.
- Five years of health care experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse required.
- Must pass medication testing and skills proficiency on an annual basis.
The base salary range for this position is $80K - $83K per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
