Job Details- THIS IS AN ADOLESCENTS UNIT - MUST BE EXPERIENCED - DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY CAN'T START 12/9!
- Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
- Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
- Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
- The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
- Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues.
Job Requirements- 5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months) - REQUIRED
- Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
- Must have peds/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume - REQUIRED
- Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
- Will consider first time travelers
- Resume with psych experience and age groups must be listed
- Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain
Schedule Information- RTO cannot exceed 7 days (RTO will not be approved for 12/22-1/5)
- Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file
- Travelers must be willing to work holidays, based on the facility's needs
Unit Specific Information- Adolescents unit focused on psychiatric care
- Requires specialized experience in peds/child/adolescent psych
Additional Details- CPI - offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission
- Driver's license or candidate's address must be included in the submission packet
- Facility housing offered depending on vacancy, costing $300-450
