Job Requirements- Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab
- Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases
Schedule Information- On call some weekends and weekdays
Unit Specific Information- Number of Beds – 3 cath labs
- Number of Staff – 10-11 staff per day in cath lab
- Type of staff: Day Shift – Mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists, Night Shift – 0
- Patient Ratios – 3 staff per room
- Type of equipment – GE X-ray/MacLab
- EMR – Meditech
- Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, Impella, balloon-pump, Peripheral cases, Complex PCIs, Occasional devices
- Floor: 3rd
- Building: Levinson
- Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire – Light blue (hospital will provide)
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: Act professional and attendance is vital, Able to report to hospital within 30 minutes of call-back
