Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Manager Job Specialty: Case Management Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00), Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Management RN, or an LCSW with strong hospital case management experience License: Valid State License required; for DC locations, the license must be in hand but certain units accept pending. For MD locations, a compact or MD license is required. Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Flu vaccination (required, no exemptions) - Will accept first-time travelers with appropriate experience Job Description: - Serve as a Case Manager RN with no on-call or weekend requirements - Floating not required - Must abide by travel compliance rules and time-off policies - Modules for training are billable up to 4 hours; average of 12 hours on modules, completed pre-start and potentially during orientation - Modules are recorded via transcripts - Orientation is an additional 28 hours, with the prescribed percentage non-billable - Return staff policy requires previous staff to be gone for a minimum of 1 year before returning as a traveler - Managers may choose not to conduct an interview.
