Weekly Pay Range - $2345 To $2605 Job Title: Utilization Coordinator Job Specialty: Case Manager Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years in Utilization Management (admissions, utilization review, and/or discharge planning) License: CA RN Licensure Certifications: BLS (AHA); CCM-Certified Case Manager preferred Must-Have: Epic experience preferred Job Description: - Coordinate admissions and perform concurrent and retrospective utilization reviews. - Facilitate and coordinate complex discharge planning needs. - Provide referrals to appropriate support services. - Work variable weekends with the expectation to work every other weekend. - Participate in 16 hours of non-billable orientation. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to all hospital policies and procedures. - Use Epic for charting and documentation where necessary.
