Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 12.00 hours Guaranteed Hours: To be determined Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in CVICU License: Active RN License in NC or Compact state Certifications: List of required certifications at the time of submission Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in CVICU - Active RN License in NC or Compact state - Ability to work EOW and holidays as required - Flexibility to float as needed Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care in the Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) - Collaborate with the medical team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care - Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including post-operative care following cardiovascular procedures - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and staff meetings to discuss patient care Please Note: The selected candidate will be required to adhere to a 50-mile radius rule for the position.
