Job Description & Requirements12-hour nights36 hoursOT after 48NY license in hand requiredBLS, ACLS1+years exp required16 beds on unitRN ratio - 1:2Adult patient populationEvery third weekend requiredCommon patient diagnosis: Cardiac procedures, cardiac and thoracic surgeries, IABP, Impella, transvenous pacers, CRRT, paralytics, sepsis, multi system organ failure, chronic ventlators, occasional ECMOCommon drips/medications: levophed, all cardiac medicationsEPIC CHARTINGFLOATING: may be asked to float to ICU, Telemetry, ED, other MST units as neededStaff may be required to float within scope between the WMC (33-57 Harrison St, Johnson City, NY 13790) and BGH (10-42 Mitchell Ave, Binghamton, NY 13903) campuses when determined by UHS Leadership.
