BLS, ACLS 1+years exp required 16 beds on unit RN ratio - 1:2 Common patient diagnosis: Cardiac procedures, cardiac and thoracic surgeries, IABP, Impella, transvenous pacers, CRRT, paralytics, sepsis, multi-system organ failure, chronic ventlilators, occasional ECMO Common drips/medications EPIC Charting FLOATING: may be asked to float to ICU, Telemetry, ED, other MST units as needed
