Certification Details Certs REQ: BLS Special Requirements: CVOR entails CABG, VASCULAR and Thoracic Experience. Job Details Position/Specialty: CVOR RN Shift: 4x10s, 7a-5:30p Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, every third week TH-F-Sat-Sun. Weekend REQ: (YES): Frequency with two travelers it would be every 3rd weekend CVOR call only. Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N) Yes Job Requirements Years of experience REQ: 2-3 years First time travelers accepted: Yes, with experience License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
