Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Job Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: CVOR experience Job Description: - Work within a team in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, with 2 heart operating rooms and potential for a third. - Collaborate with a team of 4 RNs and 3 CSTs to provide exceptional care. - Perform procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR. - Use Meditech EMR for patient documentation and records. - Participate in the ECMO program as it restarts. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 for optimal care. - Confident and capable personality encouraged for best fit within the team. Unit Information: - Operates during the day shift with call responsibilities only; no night shifts. - Utilize advanced cardiovascular surgical equipment. - Participate in an environment that values continuous improvement and collaboration.
