- RN License (NY state license ONLY)- Cardiac OR circulator experience required- Two (2) years Experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred- Ability to scrub and circulate preferred, but not required- Certification(s): BLS (American Heart Association ONLY), ACLS preferred but not required
