Requirements: - NY License
- 2 years of the following experience is required: Scrub and circulating experience IV insertion and phlebotomy skill conscious sedation experience
- CVOR and experience with open heart cases
- IV/Phlebotomy experience
- Primary Source Verification
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
