**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)**Job Specialty:** Dialysis (Chronic)**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** 10-hour day shifts, clinic open Monday to Saturday, with Saturday rotation required. No call, no float.**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience**License:** Required and willing to wait for licensure process**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)**Must-Have:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a dialysis setting- Familiarity with K2 and Fresenius-T machines**Job Description:** - Provide dialysis care in a post-acute setting.- Responsible for operating dialysis machines and monitoring patient treatment.- Manage patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.- Ensure adherence to established clinical policies and procedures.- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.- Maintain accurate documentation and records.- Participate in the Saturday rotation as required, ensuring clinic coverage.- Adapt to clinic needs and census, with flexibility in scheduling.- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.Note: Scheduling requests or blocked schedules are not accommodated; travelers must be available as needed based on clinic demands.
