Job Details- Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Gateway Medical Center

- Candidates must have a home address in Arizona
Job Requirements- 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience - REQUIRED
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Schedule Information- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
Unit Specific Information- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page
Additional Details- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
- Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
