Job Description:
Certification Details- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA only
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA only
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA only and required for ER and Brain Injury units
- State License 1 Verification - Primary source verification required, with any changes needing HR review
- NIH Stroke Certification - Required for all RN candidates except for OR and Family Birth Place
- Color Blind Testing Online - Required within 1 year of contract start date
- Physical Exam - Must be within 1 year of start date
- Fit Mask - Must be updated annually, and certain models or PAPR for those who fail test
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray - Required tests within the past year
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella - Positive titer or vaccination records required
- Hepatitis B - Positive titer, completed series or declination form required
- Varicella - Positive titer or vaccination records required
- Drug Testing - Specific tests required within 30 days of start date
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation - Must be current
- Eye Exam - Required within 1 year of start date
- COVID19 Vaccine - Preferred but not required

- 5/8s or 4/10s varying shifts starting at 7am-9am with on-call
