Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy Job Specialty: Endoscopy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift only, 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Willingness to participate in on-call shifts - Ability to work one weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) approximately every 4th or 5th week - Participation in holiday rotation as required Job Description: - Provide nursing care and support in an outpatient clinic and ambulatory surgery setting. - Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and assist physicians during procedures. - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their recovery post-procedure. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Document all nursing care provided and communicate effectively with the team. - Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. - Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
