Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Bed Placement/Patient Placement in ER (Emergency Room) Job Specialty: Bed Placement/Patient Placement in ER (Emergency Room) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Days 1830-0700, Every Other Weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Recent acute care experience with proficiency in TeleTracking and Cerner systems - Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Zoom and Google applications - Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service Job Description: - Responsible for placing patients in appropriate units at assigned hospitals - Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure correct bed placement - Work with multiple applications and screens, including TeleTracking, Cerner, and Google apps - No hands-on patient care involved, strictly bed placement duties - Collaborate with charge nurses or leadership for any issues or concerns - Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed - Successful completion of required modules and exams before the start of the assignment - Participate in a 1-day general hospital orientation and a 3-5-day department-specific orientation - Adhere to the dress code policy and maintain a professional appearance - Excellent team culture with a young and dynamic team environment
