Certification Details- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required for staffing
- License/Certifications must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS)
Job Details- Registered Nurse (RN) position available
- Temporary employment type
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required
Job Requirements- 3 years experience required
- Must be comfortable and able to work Nights
- Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - Required
- Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
- Must have telemetry experience
- Must be able to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms twice per shift
- Neuro/stroke experience encouraged
- Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), and Supervisory Signed Reference required
Schedule Information- Shifts primarily consisting of night work
- Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
- RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
- Requested time off (RTO) must be verified at upload; no RTO requests after upload will be approved
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED
Unit Specific Information- Unit consists mainly of tele/cardiac patients
- # of Beds in unit: 16
- Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
- Dress code: any color scrubs; no designs or cartoons
- Remote Tele Unit
Additional Details- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - Firm requirement
- Clinician MUST be reliable with no attendance concerns or call-outs
- Permanent address must be included and match Driver License/State ID
- Area locals not considered for travel assignments: specific counties excluded
