Job Description
- The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients
- Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, identifying outcomes, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care of patients
- Responsible for directing and supervising nursing care for patients in the gastroenterology setting.
Qualifications and Job Info
- Current state nursing License (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS
- Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing
- Preferred: Outpatient clinic experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems
