Covid - The last day for full vaccination is Oct 18, 2021 defined by the CDC as two weeks after completion of the last dose of vaccine. Infuenza - no later than Nov 22, 2021Per communication with all employees, there are only 2 options to opt out: Those of our colleagues who decline the vaccine for medical or religious reasons will not be subject to criticism or penalized in any way.
