Job Details:
- Pay: $ 56/hr
- $1000 Sign-On Bonus
- $600 travel reimbursement available
- Locals accepted as well
- 5x8 days for 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Active Unrestricted VT or Compact License
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health/Hospice
- OASIS experience
- BLS via American Heart Association - required
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
