Weekly Pay Range - $2090 To $2322**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) I**Job Specialty:** Home Health**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)**Guaranteed Hours:** Not guaranteed**Experience:** Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health or Hospice experience required**License:** Must have license in hand**Certifications:** CPR, BLS**Must-Have:** Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR**Job Description:**- Provide, coordinate, and direct home nursing care based on physicians' orders and agency policies.- Use the nursing process competently for patient care.- Supervise and evaluate the work of Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.- Travel to home visits and attend periodic office meetings.- Have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.- Handle an average of 5-8 patients per day, meeting specific productivity expectations.- Manage types of cases such as Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits.- Perform assigned tasks covering a territory radius of up to 75 miles from the home clinic.- Mileage reimbursed from patient home to patient home per IRS standard rate; the commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.- Be prepared for variable weekend and on-call requirements, differing per location and profession.- Familiarity with charting systems and EMR, specifically requiring recent experience with HomeCare HomeBase within the last six months.- Open to on-call rotations and traveling to locations within the assigned territory.- Meet the weekly productivity expectations of 30 points with a clear understanding of how points are broken down across various tasks.
