Preferred if caregiver has Hospice/Home Health experience. Caregiver must have current active Kentucky (KY) license, 1 year experience in MS, valid drivers license and proof of insurance. caregiver will be required to go into patients homes. Caregiver must also have knowledge of palliative symptom control.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
