030173Hartford, Kentucky is looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN). Caregiver must have Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferred if caregiver has Hospice/Home Health experience. Caregiver must have current active Kentucky (KY) license, 1 year experience in MS, valid drivers license and proof of insurance. caregiver will be required to go into patients homes. Caregiver must also have knowledge of palliative symptom control.COVID vaccine is required. Religious and medical exemptions will be reviewed per hospital policy.
