Job Description & Requirements Specialty: House Supervisor Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/28/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Supervisor Samaritan Keep Home ASAP START 7a-7:30pm NY licensed BLS 272 bed LTC Post acute care 7 units includes (2 secure dementia units) Post acute rehab – a lot of pts from hospital (2,3, 5, 7 mix short term rehab ) 1 person on 10L Continuous bipap, no vents, no new trachs, tube feeds, foleys, IVs, PICCs, ports, fresh post op hips/knees/ elective surgeries, wound care, neb treatments No admissions past 3 pm RN supervisor (they are alone on off shift (nights, weekend, holidays) so they are tending to any acute change like a fall, need to go ER, Head to toe assessment, calling provider, getting them over to ED and LPN Dementia, Chronic Illnesses, Diabetes, Rehab PointClick EMR
