Telemetry experience required; must have proficiency in reading cardiac rhythms and managing telemetry systems. Experience with ventilator management and monitoring ventilated patients is essential. Must pass a hospital proctored test with >80% accuracy in general rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience using Epic EMR and Omnicell Medication System for documentation and medication management. Telemetry : Proficient in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Vents : Experience with ventilator management and patient care for mechanically ventilated patients.
