Certification Details- Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
Job Details- Registered Nurse, ICU
- Start Date: 11/5
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
- Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience. At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
- Charting Experience Required: recent Epic within 12 months
- Unit Information: 10 bed unit
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
- Scrub Colors: Any

- GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.

- Float Requirements: Will need to be able to float to Waukesha Memorial, Mukwonago.
- Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
