No exemptions or waivers will be considered.Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines OR Proof of immunity via blood test.Vaccine required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th. Document must be uploaded as PDF.
