Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00, Days or nights Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: NRP, STABLE, EFM (AWHONN) Must-Have: Willingness to work days or nights, and commit to one on-call shift every two weeks Job Description: - Work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery unit with 7 labor beds and 5 triage beds. - Collaborate with a team that includes 1 CNA with RNs per shift. - Utilize GE-CPN and Meditech documentation systems. - Adhere to AWHONN staffing guidelines for patient ratios. - Provide care in various capacities including labor, delivery, and antepartum. - Opportunity to float and support other areas within Women's Center if desired. - Availability to work every other weekend. - Maintain a high standard of patient experience and care. - Dress code requires wearing a pink/raspberry uniform.
