Job Details- RN Supervisor at Samaritan Keep Home
- ASAP START, 7a-7:30pm
- 272 bed LTC Post acute care
- 7 units include: (2 secure dementia units)
- Post acute rehab – a lot of pts from hospital (2,3, 5, 7 mix short term rehab )
- 1 person on 10L Continuous bipap, no vents, no new trachs, tube feeds, foleys, IVs, PICCs, ports, fresh post op hips/knees/ elective surgeries, wound care, neb treatments
- No admissions past 3 pm
- RN supervisor (they are alone on off shift (nights, weekend, holidays) so they are tending to any acute change like a fall, need to go ER, Head to toe assessment, calling provider, getting them over to ED and LPN
- Dementia, Chronic Illnesses, Diabetes, Rehab
- PointClick EMR
