RN SUPERVISOR Long Term Care 60 MILE RADIUS RULE 168 bed facility 12 hour Nights 7pm-7am OT after 48 NY license BLS 4 units The facility has a mix of long term , short term and dementia . No trachs or vents . Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status .
