22nd Century Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Georgetown, DE. Shift: 3x12 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2016 / Week

Job description:

• Activities performed by nursing staff include the following:
• Conducts nursing assessments at admission.
• Provides or evaluates direct nursing care.
• Develops, implement, and/or review nursing care plans.
• Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team.
• Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations, and forms.
• Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.
• Records information on patients' charts.
• Has regular contact with individuals, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments as required.
• Administers treatments as directed.
• Takes and records vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
• Dispenses, administers, charts, and records medications.
• Gives prescribed intramuscular and subcutaneous injections and inoculations as directed.
• Observes patient behavior and condition and reports changes to the appropriate staff.

• RN license.
