Job Details- Hospital in central Nebraska is looking for a med/surg RN for nights.
Job Requirements- BLS is required.
Schedule Information- Shifts & Scheduling: 0930-1900, 1830-0700
- Weekend Requirements: Yes as needed
- Holiday Requirements: Yes as needed
Additional Details- Department: Skilled Nursing
- - Beds: 20 beds
- - Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:7-10, Nights: 1:10 / CNAs: 1:7
- - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Geriatrics, rehabilitation patients
- - DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse
- - Interdisciplinary Team: MDS Coordinator, educator, Director, Manager, and Social Work
- - Is RT on-site 24/7: yes
- - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: First week will be classroom orientation and then 2- 12 hour shifts on the floor
- - Additional Notes: This unit has a 4 star rating from CMS. Attributes that will make a nurse most successful in this unit include ability to manage time efficiently and review charts, documentation, and orders
- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
