Must have Basic Life Support (BLS). Every other weekend/holiday. Travel experience preferred. Critical drip and CVA experience a plus, at least one year current experience with telemetry population. NIH Stroke Cert required. Must have EPIC experience. Must work minimum every other holiday. **PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.**Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
