Must have a minimum 2 years of experience and New York State (NYS) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. No call. Travel experience preferred. Every other weekend and every other holiday. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). Epic experience required. MUST START BY 12/12. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. . THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirement, please contact other weekend/holiday. MUST START BY 12/12.Bill-rate-note:6% admin fee, see updated agreement for new increased additional rates.
