Certification Details- NY License
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross preferred)
- PALS certification preferred
- National Tech Cert for applicable roles
- EKG/ECG test passing required for certain units
- State License Verification
Job Details- 13-week contract commitment or availability through 1/4/2025
- Availability for some holidays is required
- Med Surg - a3/C3
Job Requirements- NY License
- 2 years acute hospital nursing experience
- Prior travel experience preferred
- BLS
- ACLS preferred
- Willingness to float within scope of practice as needed
Schedule Information- Flu season starts 12/5, flu vaccine required
- If medical or religious exemption, exemption required 2 weeks prior to start for approval
Unit Specific Information- Understanding of Med Surg unit protocols
- Orientation required on specific units for ICU, ER, PCU, Cath Lab, M/S Tele, Urgent Care, Malta Med Emergent Care
- Required to pass orientation exams with high proficiency
Additional Details- Locals accepted at $10 less than posted BR
- Non-locals must have a 50-mile distance from the facility
