Position: RN Med/Surg Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045 Shift: Day/Night Flexible; 3x12-Hours 0630-1900, and 1830-0700; every other weekend Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extensions Start Date: 01/27/2024 Bed Size: 50-149 EMR Used: Allscripts Duties: The Registered Nurse performs a variety of responsible nursing care procedures on this 30 bed adult med/surg unit. The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments, and ability to work independently in completing assignments. Guidelines include physician's orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, hospital policies. Nursing duties include support to individuals of all ages and their families. Overtime after 40 hrs a week or 80 hrs a pay period or over the 7 shifts. Requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments and ability to work independently in completing assignments. Guidelines include doctors' orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, hospital policies. As a member of the health care team, serves as Clinical Nurse performing professional nursing duties for the care of inpatients.
