Job Description & RequirementsASAP STARTNY licensedBLS272 bed LTC Post acute carePost acute rehab – a lot of pts from hospital (2,3, 5, 7 mix short term rehab )1 person on 10L Continuous bipap, no vents, no new trachs, tube feeds, foleys, IVs, PICCs, ports, fresh post op hips/knees/ elective surgeries, wound care, neb treatmentsRN supervisor (they are alone on off shift (nights, weekend, holidays) so they are tending to any acute change like a fall, need to go ER, Head to toe assessment, calling provider, getting them over to ED and LPNDementia, Chronic Illnesses, Diabetes, RehabPointClick EMR
